Dry Firewood Delivery

Our quality firewood is cut, split and kiln dried ready for you to burn for the best conditions to give you higher heat compared to seasonal dry wood and a longer burning time meaning you get a far superier fuel for your money.

We have our own tipper truck for the local deliveries, we also have an artic's and drags hauling our timber keeping the yard and timber merchants supplied.

Here are the answers to a few of our most frequently asked questions regarding our delivery service.

* Does the price include delivery?
Yes. All the quoted prices are inclusive of delivery to your selected postcode area. For Wholesale Orders, there will be a breakdown of delivery costs for your selected area.

* How are the products delivered?
Local Loose Loads are delivered by the tipper.  Pallet orders are delivered by courier.

Pallet delivery can only be guaranteed to your curbside. For non-local deliveries, the pallet is delivered from a wagon with a tail lift and pallet trolley (not a crane wagon). If you have any queries, please contact us on 01239 711393. It is only possible to maneuver a pallet truck on level, smooth and solid surfaces such as tarmac, concrete or block paving.

* Can I choose the delivery time and date?
We only run the tipper deliveries on Fridays. We will call before the delivery is made.  The larger deliveries need couriers once your payment has been received, Economy delivery takes two to three days, next day delivery can be arranged if necessary.

* Do I need to be at home when the delivery is made?
Local deliveries can be left without a signature, so you do not have to be waiting at home for the delivery to arrive! Please let us know if you are not going to be in. in bad weather it may be advisable to have a cover convenient so as to keep your wood dry.

Freight deliveries require a signature, so someone needs to be there to receive your order. If you are unable to be there then you must call the final depot to arrange a time when you can.
